The Only Way Is Essex star Chloe Sims was celebrating her 40th birthday when the topic turned to romance and relationships
The Only Way Is Essex star Chloe Sims’s rarely-seen daughter, Madison, banned her from letting a man move into their house.
Madison’s hilarious demand came during her mum’s 40th birthday party where the Sims family discussed Chloe’s future.
The reality star claimed to Nanny Linda that she doesn’t care a lot about men and is more focused on her family.
She said: “The thought of having someone in my space, in me and Madison’s space, and having to share a home every day, I don’t know if I’ll ever want that. I feel I need to get a husband that wants to live next door.”
Her sister Frankie and cousin Frankie Essex burst out laughing at the comment.
Chloe then asked her 16-year-old daughter: “Mads, would you let a guy move in?”
Madison replied with a firm “no”, prompting more giggles.
The TV personality’s sister then said: “You need a husband in a different country,” before Chloe added that she ‘loves foreign men’.
Earlier this year, it came to light that Chloe and Pete Wicks had been dating on-and-off for two years.
It is now being rumoured that the two could be dating again.
Chloe, who is now more family orientated, recently opened up about how Madison is her ‘best achievement’.
The TOWIE star, who has been on the show since 2011, was answering fans’ questions on Instagram when she made the adorable declaration.
Along with the proud statement she shared a never-seen-before picture of her and the teenager in matching personalised pastel pink pyjamas.

Last December, Madison made her official TOWIE debut as part of the show’s Christmas special.
Despite being a regular on our TV screens for a decade, Chloe has tried to keep Maddie out of the limelight, although she has never hidden being a mum or the parenting struggles she has faced.
Chloe previously revealed that Madison “has ADHD and a little bit of autism”, and although she is no longer with her dad Matthew, they have remained great pals so they can efficiently co-parent her.
Shedding light on why they went their separate ways, Chloe said during a chat with New! magazine: “I was with Maddie’s dad, Matthew, for seven years, but we ended up like brother and sister and that isn’t what I want.
“I’ve only ever been in love once and that wasn’t with Madison’s dad. It was with the most amazing man I ever met – he was so funny with perfect looks. I really fancied him.
“She [Madison] has a good relationship with her dad. I’m very close to her dad’s parents. She is surrounded by people who love her.”
