The rain on Putin’s Victory Day parade

Russians gathered on May 9 for the annual Victory Day celebrations, a vastly symbolic commemoration of Nazism’s defeat within the second world warfare.

Elsewhere on this planet, there’s common settlement that Russia’s navy has to this point failed to realize the strategic territorial positive factors that might have allowed President Vladimir Putin to declare Moscow’s warfare goals achieved in time for the occasion.

And so denied the chance to declare his personal victory in Ukraine, Putin merely repeated a model of his worn-out diatribe towards NATO and the West in his speech on Mosocow’s Red Square.
