UK indie favourites Razorlight are the primary band to be introduced as a part of this summer season’s Bulmers Secret Orchard Live at Leopardstown 2022.
The chart topping band just lately reunited and are simply considered one of 4 headliners to be introduced as a part of the sequence of reveals.
Bulmers Secret Orchard Live at Leopardstown has beforehand welcomed a slew of high worldwide acts together with Coolio in 2019, Happy Mondays in 2018, Sister Sledge in 2017 and Boomtown Rats in 2016.
CEO of Leopardstown Racecourse Tim Husbands stated: “What an act to lead our announcement in Razorlight!
“We can’t wait to have a full crowd cheering and singing after racing in the summertime solar right here at Leopardstown and there’s nice pleasure as we announce what we consider is one of the best ever line up.”
Much like other years, the performances will be preceded by plenty of racing action.
A wide selection of ticket options are available including the Summer Sizzler, which costs €43 and gives attendees admission to the racing and concert, Bulmers (or soft) drink, €10 festival food voucher and €5 tote bet to A La Carte Dining in the 1888 Restaurant.

Speaking about Razorlight’s reunion, Andy Burrows said: “It feels unimaginable. We’ve spent the previous week or two rehearsing. Playing these songs has been an absolute pleasure.
“The emotions that were going through me when we started playing America, I forgot to play the first half of the song. It was totally nuts. It’s been amazing. It’s so powerful playing these old tunes. It’s very, very special.”
Frontman Johnny Borrell provides “I’m actually having fun with reconnecting with Andy and Carl, it’s like attending to know folks once more. I’m having fun with it since you by no means need to lose mates.
“It’s a horrible thing to think. It doesn’t really make sense. It definitely feels good to me on a personal level. On a creative level – amazing. We’ve been in the studio rehearsing and recording. As soon as the four of us are in the room, it just sounds amazing, straight away.”
