Marta H. Horton has joined Fisher Hudson Shallat as counsel. A twin citizen of the United States and Mexico, Horton most just lately served as deputy common counsel for a restaurant administration firm that owns and operates over 600 franchised eating places. She began her authorized profession in Mexico in 1999 representing American, Canadian and European corporations trying to spend money on Mexico after NAFTA went into impact. She represents purchasers in business litigation, employment legislation and franchise issues in state and federal courts. Marta obtained her Juris Doctor from University of Colorado Law School and her legislation diploma from Iberoamerican University, Mexico. She is licensed in Colorado, Idaho and all federal and state courts in Mexico.
