Dramatic video shows Gardaí pull five youths from burning car after Dublin pursuit

Gardaí pulled 5 youths from a burning automobile in Dublin final evening following a pursuit throughout town.

A Garda spokeswoman mentioned they performed a “managed containment operation” when the automobile did not cease for gardaí in Tallaght.

“The operation got here to a conclusion when the automobile struck a financial institution on the New Nangor Road, Clondalkin at roughly 8pm.

“Five males were in the vehicle at the time and one male, a youth in his teens was removed from the scene by ambulance to hospital to be treated for non-life threatening injuries,” she mentioned.

“The male driver of the automobile, (late teenagers) was arrested on the scene and brought to Rathfarnham garda station. He has since been launched with out cost pending additional investigations.

“The other three males were uninjured. Investigations ongoing,” the spokeswoman added.
