
SPOKANE, Wash. – Chef Adam Hegsted’s “Eat Good Group” is opening a brand new French restaurant within the former Casper Fry area.
“Francaise” is ready to open in mid-May.
Hegsted mentioned the restaurant will likely be managed by a present Eat Good Group worker with a background in French cooking. The restaurant is trying to find its lead chef and can quickly flip its give attention to hiring back-of-house employees.
Guests can an count on a menu filled with charcuterie boards, Monte Cristos and an oyster bar. There may even be a full breakfast menu.
